Sundrop is an Infrared Mat Pilates studio in Denver, Colorado. Rooted in intentional movement and community, Sundrop is a place to call home. Lay it all on the mat, and leave with your new community.

Each class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone. Sundrop instructors are expertly trained to provide you a safe an effective workout. Your time is precious, make it count while you’re on the mat.

Our studio is heated with infrared heat technology, which promotes detoxification, improves circulation, expedites muscle recovery, and leaves you with a radiant, post-class glow. In addition to the heat, the studio also features a Himalayan salt wall, which purifies the air, supports respiratory health, and creates a calming, restorative atmosphere. Together, these elements ensure your workout nurtures not just your body, but every part of your being.
