Madison (aka Mads) - Studio Owner. Mads is the powerhouse behind Sundrop Pilates! With a lifelong love for fitness and the energy to match, she’s built a studio that brings the vibes and the full-body shakes. When she’s not at Sundrop, you can find her skiing in Jackson Hole or fighting crime as a defense attorney. Certified baddie energy, always.
Hannah - Studio Manager. Hannah is a certified fitness instructor with over 3 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is excited to turn her passion for movement, wellness, and community into her full-time role, creating a space where clients feel strong, supported, and energized. Hannah’s approach to Pilates is rooted in making classes approachable, but challenging!
Anne Marie - Head Instructor. With over 10 years in the fitness space, Anne Marie has had the privilege of teaching a wide range of training modalities and working with clients of all levels. Her passion is creating an environment that feels empowering, supportive, and full of energy. She loves encouraging people to tap into their strength and guiding them right to the edge where growth really happens.
Ashley has always been passionate about health and fitness. Her interest dates back to her childhood as a soccer, tennis & lacrosse player. She holds a degree in Exercise Science and started teaching fitness classes in college. More recently, Ashley has been a [solidcore] coach for the past 2 years. You can expect high energy classes with loud, upbeat music, plenty of hype, and the perfect amount of burn. You will be challenged to your fullest potential because strength today builds strength forever. Safety and effectiveness will always be top priority. Let's have some fun and stay sunny!!!
Charlene brings over 12 years of experience in the Denver fitness community and has traveled across the United States coaching instructors on how to elevate their teaching. Wildly know for her no-bullshit personality on and off the mic, she delivers every class with confidence and authority. Her expertise is grounded in certifications in pre-and postnatal fitness, reformer Pilates, Lagree, The Dailey Method, CLMBR, and NASM-CPT.
JR is making her Sundrop debut as an instructor, bringing confident energy, elite playlists, and a little bit of NYC attitude to every class. Expect good music, spicy sequences, and the kind of motivation that makes you hold the move a few seconds longer (you’re welcome). After 10 years of dedicated Pilates practice, from Mat to Reformer, JR is obsessed with the strength, confidence, and “I can do hard things” mindset Pilates builds. She’s the person who’s always hyping up the room, laughing through the shake, and reminding you that you’re stronger than you think.
Kristen has been teaching multiple modalities and styles of pilates for 4 years including reformer, HERO and mat and is excited to bring her creativity and intentionality to Sundrop. Her teaching style is cool, calm, and collected with a hint of intensity. She loves a sequence so expect mindful layering that challenges every student no matter the level of physically with a little bit of mental challenge included free of charge.
McKenzie is a passionate Pilates instructor who has been working in the fitness industry for the past year, bringing energy, intention, and a strong foundation in movement to every class she teaches. In addition to coaching, she is a full-time graduate student pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Her advanced education in anatomy and physiology allows her to thoughtfully program classes that are both effective and challenging, helping clients build strength with purpose and control.
Monet is certified Pilates instructor with 550 hours of comprehensive training. She's also the founder of Big Time Motion, a wellness brand all about intentional movement and inclusivity. Her classes mix classical Pilates with sculpt techniques to keep things challenging, fun and form-focused. Monet's mission is to make Pilates feel welcoming and really creates spaces where everyone feels strong, confident and seen.
Nicole has been teaching Reformer Pilates and Lagree since 2017, inspiring others to move with strength, confidence, and joy. Her classes are rooted in body inclusivity and the belief that movement is for everyone—every shape, every size, every level. With a warm, encouraging energy, Nicole creates a space where clients feel supported to challenge themselves, connect with their bodies, and celebrate what they can do. Her mission is simple: to help every person who steps into her classes feel empowered, seen and stronger when you walk out.
Sarah is known for her precision, strong cueing, and results-driven approach. She teaches a classical Pilates foundation integrated with contemporary weighted movements, blending controlled, technique-focused Pilates with athletic strength training. Her classes emphasize alignment and functional performance, challenging clients to move better and get stronger.
Taylor has been a fitness instructor for over 7 years, bringing energy, expertise, and vibes to every class she teaches. She is a certified Yoga Sculpt and Pilates instructor, as well as a certified “woo girl”, who believes fitness should be challenging, accessible, and most importantly fun. With Taylor as your coach, you’ll be guided to feel strong as hell, successful, and exactly where you’re meant to be.
