  • Yes, plenty of parking. We still recommend that you get the studio early, though!

  • We welcome all levels to come and try out a class. We have a “do what you can” philosophy. Our teachers will offer modifications and adjustments as needed. We also have Bala wrist/ankle weights that you can use in addition to other props to add even more challenge.

  • We encourage you to arrive about 10 minutes before class—enough time to check in, connect with your instructor, and ease into the vibe of the studio. It’s also the perfect moment to meet other like-minded souls… and trust us, our community is full of truly inspiring people. ✨

  • Yes - we provide mats. If you want to rent a towel that lies over the top of your mat, it’s $3.

  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing that lets you move, flow, and sweat with ease. We practice barefoot—so please leave shoes and socks outside the studio space.

  • A note for expecting mothers:
    Infrared gently raises your core body temperature, which can support detoxification—but it’s not recommended during pregnancy.

    Every pregnancy is unique, so we always encourage you to make the decision alongside your doctor. If you’ve been cleared to exercise, we’d love to support you with non-heated private sessions tailored just for you. 🤍

  • Humans were built to run, jump, lift, and carry—movement is in our DNA. At Sundrop, our highly varied programming blends strength, cardio, mobility, and mindful practices like breathwork and meditation, giving you a truly comprehensive workout.

    This approach lets you create a routine that aligns with your goals and allows for consistent practice—even on back-to-back days. We encourage you to always listen to your body, take rest when you need it, and support your movement with the essentials: hydration, nourishing food, and quality sleep. ✨
